I began my entrepreneurship journey in 2012 as a side hustle while I was beginning my massage therapy career. That business taught me many lessons, mostly what not to do to have a successful business. After closing it down in 2015 I began a five year long journey learning what I didn’t know to make a business work. In 2020 I began doing entrepreneurship coaching helping other beginning entrepreneurs avoid the mistakes I made and help them thrive. After 3 years of coaching my career switched and I went into the financial side of the insurance industry working for an IMO as a marketer.

I obtained my insurance license in 2023 and began Wealthy Consulting soon after. Learning about the power and versatility the insurance world has to change a person's financial life was an eye opening experience! I operate with honesty and transparency in everything I do and I realize being “young” in the business may dissuade some people from working with me. That being said, just because I may be new to the business that doesn’t mean the transformation I can provide isn’t as strong as someone who’s 20 years in. I have the backing of highly rated carriers and the team at my IMO (in business since 1994) to make sure you have the best option to accomplish your goals.

Hobbies

Music: I’ve been playing drums in bands since 1993, most recently I’m the drummer and background vocalist for the progressive rock band Indogen. If you’re a fellow drummer and curious about gear, I play Tama drums, Evans heads, and Paiste cymbals. \m/

Photography/Videography: Back in 2012 when I started my first business I needed to make content so I bought my first digital camcorder to produce videos. From there I expanded into photography as well and love taking pictures of landscapes and architecture. If you’re also a shutter bug and wondering, I shoot Canon and edit video using Davinci Resolve.
